Yes. For your first renewal, Pennsylvania licensees are required to take 14 hours of courses approved specifically for first-time renewals. Our 14-hour First Renewal package fully satisfies the requirement. For second and subsequent renewals, Pennsylvania licensees are required to complete 14 hours of CE including at least 3 hours covering the responsibilities of the broker and their licensees regarding property management, advertising, and general supervision. |

No, Ethics is not one of the topics required to renew your license. However - if you are a member of the National Association of Realtors (includes local Association members) you must complete 3 hours of Ethics every two years. The next NAR Ethics deadline is December 31, 2024. |
